Want To Give It 5 Stars

I would give this 5 stars, but there's an issue with how they make their sunflower seed butter now. In the past, I would rely on sunflower seed butter as a part of my diet due to various health issues, mostly ibs. However for some reason, their butter will cause issues with my easily irritated bowels currently. I guess in the past they used different equightment for sunflower seeds, and now there's some sort of contamination with other food items that messes with my ibs? I unfortunately am forced to either find someone else who sells sunflower seed butter, or find something else to replace it with that: doesn't have lactose; doesn't have oxatives; no animal protein; no sodium; as little sugar as possible; and overall plays nice with my ibs.

While refrigeration of this product isn't necessary, if stirring is something you wish to minimize, stir and then refrigerate. Please be aware that if left out at room temperature, natural oil separation will occur.

12 months from the date of production. Once opened, we recommend a three month shelf life. We cannot guarantee product performance past the sell-by date as we do not add preservatives to our products.

Each 2 tablespoon (30g) serving contains 5 grams of protein. This counts toward the recommended dietary allowances (RDA) for women of 46 grams and 56 grams for men, which varies by age and activity level
