Almond Shortbread Cookies

of Once Again Creamy Almond Butter
of oat flour
of baking soda
Combine almond butter with egg, and slowly add in flour mixed with baking soda.
Mix until dough is formed and roll into small balls. Place in baking sheet and flatten with fork.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until edges are golden.
Remove from oven and let the cookies cool. They will be flaky, crumbly and so delicious! Save them in sealed container for up to five days.
