Almond Butter Brownies

+ 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
of Once Again Almond Creamy Butter
of oat flour
of baking soda
of almond milk
Prepare an 8-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper, and then set it aside.
Into medium saucepan, add almond butter, honey, and almond milk, and then over low heat mix all well. Once the mixture is homogeneous, remove from the stove top, and let it cool.
Add in cocoa powder, baking soda, flour, and mix thoroughly.
Lastly, pour mixture into a prepared pan and place it in an oven preheated to 325 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 to 25 minutes. It will look slightly underdone, but the top will be firm.
Let the large brownie sit for 30 minutes before cutting into pieces. Save any leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Here’s a suggestion— Serve with your favorite ice cream!
