In a food processor, add in oats first, then dates, and lastly the tahini. Pulse until it a “ball” is formed. Note, you may need a little more Once Again Tahini, depending on how large and softened the dates are.
Take the dough and place it on parchment paper and form it into a log shape. Place it in the freezer for 20 minutes to make it easier to slice.
After removing it from the freezer, using a sharp knife without ridges, slice the log into approximate ¼ inch rounds and place them on a silicone baking sheet.
Bake them in an oven pre-heated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. These biscuits are not very sweet, but a perfect cracker-like delicacy to pair with either a nice jam or hot soup!
