1flax egg1 tablespoon of flax meal and 2 tablespoons of water
Mix all three ingredients well until dough forms. There are 2 options. First option: Drop a tablespoon of mixture onto baking sheet and take it to pre-heated oven at 330 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and roll into small cones. Let them cool and enjoy.
Second option, no need to bake. Just roll them into bite-sized balls and enjoy as a treat! You can also dust them with a little powdered sugar to serve as a dessert!
Store any leftovers in sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Makes 12 cookies or balls.
