Mix flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a medium bowl and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix in milk, sugar, vanilla, coconut, and flax meal. Now add dry ingredients to wet mix, and blend it until it forms a homogenous mixture (Do not over mix).
Separate batter into two bowls: In one bowl, add in cacao powder, and the other add Once Again Almond Butter.
Now one layer at a time, place into 8.5 by 4.5-inch pan and place it in an oven pre-heated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of loaf comes out clean.
