If mixture is too thick, add in 2 to 3 tablespoons of water or milk (your choice).
Place batter in muffin tins, sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top, and take the batch to oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Enjoy the muffins warm, or store them in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Makes 6 large muffins.
