Stuffed Apricots with Sunflower Seed Butter

dried apricots

teaspoon
of Once Again Sunflower Seed Butter - Peanut Free, No salt, No sugar
unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
Slice each apricot lengthwise opening it up. Add a teaspoon of sunflower seed butter and sprinkle with coconut. And they are ready to serve!
