Maple Tahini Granola

Homemade granola made with our Tahini and Maple.

  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup Once Again Tahini
  • 2 cups of rolled oats
  • 2 cups of brown rice cereal
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of flax seeds
  • ½ cup of chopped walnuts


  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and set aside. In a small saucepan, mix maple syrup and tahini over medium-low heat for only about five minutes.
  2. Immediately pour this over dry mixture and mix well.
  3. Spread mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in an oven preheated to 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
  4. Half-way through baking, stir the mixture for even results. Let it cool before breaking it off into pieces; store granola in an airtight jar for up to seven days.
