Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookie Squares

These treats will make you the hero of any party! It's the texture of a cookie but made easy in a cake pan so you can slice them into squares.

  • ½ cup of Once Again Creamy Cashew Butter
  • 1 cup of butter
  • ¾ cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups of oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 cups of oats
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips


  1. Start by using room temperature butter and mix it with Once Again Cashew Butter until they form a homogenous cream.
  2. Then add in sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well. In separate bowl, combine flour and baking soda.
  3. Mix into wet ingredients until well combined. Finally, add in the oats and chocolate chips. The mixture will be thick and somewhat hard to mix.
  4. Pour into greased 9x13 cake pan and take it to a preheated oven at 375F for about 40 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

  5. Remove from oven and let it cook before slicing. Store in airtight container for up to 7 days.
