Cinnamon Roll Donuts

Hard to believe donuts are this easy to make! Cinnamon Roll donuts are made with our almond butter and are gluten free.

  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons of oat flour
  • ¼ cup sugar You may use coconut sugar, or sweetener of your choice.
  • ½ tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 1 egg or flax egg
  • 3 tablespoons of Once Again Almond Butter


  1. In medium bowl, combine sugar, oat flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the egg or flax egg, milk and Once Again Almond Butter.
  3. Then sift the dry mix into the wet, stirring it all slowly until the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a silicone donuts pan, or mini-muffin pan works well too! Bake donuts in an oven pre-heated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 30 minutes.
  5. Check for readiness by inserting a toothpick into a donuts and once removed clean, remove the batch from oven. Let the donuts cool before adding a topping of choice!
  6. We used a mixture of ½ cup of powder sugar with just a tablespoon of milk to create a glaze. Stir well and dip one side of each donut to create an easy icing.
