  • 2 cups of old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup of brown rice cereal
  • cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup of dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons of flaxseeds
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped candied ginger
  • ½ cup of Killer Bee Honey
  • ½ cup Once Again Cashew Butter

  1. Mix all dried ingredients in large bowl and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, under low heat, mix together honey and cashew butter until achieving a honey-like consistency.

  3. Now pour it over the dry ingredients and mix it until well coated. Spread it in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for just 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool. Then break the granola into crumbles and enjoy! Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to seven days.
