Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls

  1. In small bowl mix Once Again Peanut Butter and coconut flour until you can roll them into balls without the mixture sticking to your hands. Roll up about one tablespoon at a time, and then place an almond in the middle and roll again. Place the balls in the freezer for just 20 minutes to stiffen up a bit.
  2. In small bowl, using either the microwave or stove top, melt chocolate chips; remove peanut butter balls from freezer and dip them into chocolate. Place the spheres onto a wire rack to set. Store them in airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to eat or give as a heart-warming gift to the one you truly love.
