Caramel Tahini Popsicle

This blend of dates, bananas and tahini tastes just like caramel!

  • ½ cup of Once Again Tahini
  • 4-6 dates
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • ¼ cup of almond milk or milk of your choice
  • pinch of cardamom


  1. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Note, it may help to soak dates in warm water for 30 minutes prior to blending. 

  2. Pour into molds for popsicles. Depending on size of mold, usually makes 6 pops. 

  3. For ice cream option, pour into shallow pan and take it to freezer for 4 hours. Enjoy!
