Berry Cashew Frozen Pie

This easy to make pie is not only vegan and gluten free but made without any refined sugar. A frozen treat that will marvel your taste buds.

  • 1/3 cup of dates
  • ¼ cup of raw cashews


  • ½ cup of Once Again Cashew Butter
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of frozen berries


  1. In a food processor, combine dates and raw cashews until well blended. Transfer the mixture to your pie dish, and press to create crust.
  2. We made two mini-pies, each about 3 inches in diameter.
  3. Place crusts in the refrigerator while preparing the filling. Add all ingredients for filling to your food processor, and blend well.
  4. Then pour the luscious mixture on top of the crust, and return it to the refrigerator to set for about 30 minutes in the freezer or 2 hours in the refrigerator.
