Chocolate Almond Butter Marble Cake

  • 1 ½ cup of whole wheat flour
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 cup of milk of your choice
  • 2/3 cups of sugar coconut sugar or your choice of sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of flax meal
  • 2 ½ tablespoons of cacao powder unsweetened
  • 3 tablespoons of Once Again Almond Butter


  1. Mix flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a medium bowl and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix in milk, sugar, vanilla, coconut, and flax meal. Now add dry ingredients to wet mix, and blend it until it forms a homogenous mixture (Do not over mix).
  3. Separate batter into two bowls: In one bowl, add in cacao powder, and the other add Once Again Almond Butter.
  4. Now one layer at a time, place into 8.5 by 4.5-inch pan and place it in an oven pre-heated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of loaf comes out clean.
