Cauliflower Tahini Tots

Ingredients

  • ½ head of cauliflower about 3 cups chopped
  • ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of Once Again Tahini
  • ½ medium onion sliced
  • ½ teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Place chopped cauliflower in steamer or shallow pot with ½ cup of water. Lightly steam for only 2-3 minutes.
  2. Now add cauliflower and all other ingredients to food processor. Blend well and place mixture in mini-muffin pan. We recommend a silicone pan without the need of a liner. If you use a standard pan, use olive oil to facilitate removal after baking.
  3. Place tots in an oven preheated to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. These are best enjoyed warm! They freeze well, and you’ll find that they can be stored for up to 30 days, of course, in your freezer.
