High Protein Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of Once Again Creamy Almond Butter
  • 1 teaspoon of cacao powder
  • 1 packet of stevia or 1 tablespoon of honey or coconut sugar

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Place in refrigerator to set for 30 minutes and enjoy!
