Stuffed Apricots with Sunflower Seed Butter

Ingredients

  • 6-10 dried apricots
  • 1 teaspoon of Once Again Sunflower Seed Butter
  • unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Slice each apricot lengthwise opening it up. Add a teaspoon of sunflower seed butter and sprinkle with coconut. And they are ready to serve!
