Peanut Butter and Jelly Sushi Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 slice whole grain bread
  • 1 tablespoon jelly or jam
  • 2 tablespoon of Once Again Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Using a rolling pin flatten your slice of bread, then spread peanut butter and jelly. Roll lengthwise to shape similar to a sushi roll, cut and dip into coconut.
