Peanut Butter Power Smoothie

At first glance, this smoothie may seem simple. Don’t overlook it. The secret ingredient is pulverized oats, which provide an extra blast of protein and fiber. In fact, this smoothie comes in at a whopping 9 grams of fiber and nearly 16 grams of protein. If you are looking for a healthy way to power through your morning then this is it.   • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats ground to a dust in a coffee grinder
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
  • 2 tbsp of Once Again Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp agave


  1. Place the milk and oats in a blender. Blend for 1 – 2 minutes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Purée until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately in a chilled glass.
