Birthday Cake just got better! Add peanut butter to the batter, filling and topping for an all around chocolaty cake.

1 ½teaspoonsbaking soda
½cupof Once Again Creamy Peanut Butter
2 ½cupsflourhalf whole wheat flour
1 ¼cupplain Greek yogurt
¾cupof Once Again Creamy Peanut Butter
¼cupof Once Again Creamy Peanut Butter
3-6ozwater or milk
Add cocoa powder to boiling water and mix well; set aside.
Using an electric mixer, at low speed, blend Once Again Peanut Butter, Greek yogurt, eggs and sugar.
Add the vanilla extract and cocoa powder to the mixture. Then in separate bowl, sift flour, salt, and baking powder.
Add the flour to the wet mixture, and combine well. Pour into two 6- inch round pans and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Check using a toothpick to determine the appropriate cooking time. Let cool completely before adding filling and topping.
Start with Once Again Creamy Peanut Butter, and add powdered sugar slowly, mixing continuously until you achieve a desired texture.
The result should be similar to thick frosting.
