Peanut Butter Banana Mini-Muffins

All you'll need is a blender for these healthy treats! Stock up on these mini-muffins, they are perfect for on-the-go snacking. Good for all ages!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Once Again Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp honey optional
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp ginger powder optional
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients, no specific order to blender. Pulse until well mixed. Pour into mini-muffin tin. 

  2. Bake at 350F for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy! You may also wait until they cool and freeze for up to 3 months in sealed plastic container.
