No-bake Pumpkin Pie in a Cup

  • 2 tablespoons 100% Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 tablespoons of Once Again Creamy Peanut Butter
  • ½ teaspoon Pumpkin spice
  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Graham crackers


  1. Mix pumpkin puree with Once Again Creamy Peanut Butter well, then add in the pumpkin spice.
  2. Place the Graham crackers in plastic sealed bag and crush them using the back of a wooden spoon (or just your hands works too!).
  3. Start layering the crushed crackers, then the pumpkin peanut butter mix and lastly top it off with the Greek Yogurt.
  4. You may need to adjust quantities to fit your cup or jar. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Feel free to experiment with your favorite Once Again Nut Butter, this recipe will work really well with Sunflower Seed, Cashew and Almond Butter as well.
