Tahini-Lemon Dressing & Dipping Sauce

  • 1/2 cup of Once Again Tahini
  • 1/2 cup low fat or fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water more depending on desired consistency
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Place ingredients in a blender and pure until smooth. Start with cup of water and add more if a thinner consistency is desired.
  2. Refrigerate any extra dressing for up to 1 week.
  3. Enjoy!
