Sweet Overnight Cashew Butter Oatmeal

Try our version of overnight oats made with our Once Again Cashew Butter, Greek yogurt and rolled outs. Sweetened only with natural sugars from cacao nibs and cherries. This recipe makes 6 large servings, and is great for food prepping.

Sweet Overnight Cashew Butter Oatmeal                                

Servings 6 servings


  • 500 g milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 226 g Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 90 g Once Again Cashew Butter
  • 30 g vanilla bean paste
  • 4 g salt
  • 300 g old-fashioned rolled oats


  • 180 g cherry preserves
  • 360 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 84 g roasted walnuts
  • 60 g cocoa nibs


  1. In a large bowl, combine milk, yogurt, cashew butter,vanilla and salt. Stir in oats and let mixture sit in the cooler for 6- 8hours. Place overnight oats in bowls or parfait cups and divide toppings evenlyamong each serving.
