Peanut Butter and Amoré Banana Bread

Traditionally banana bread recipes are passed down from grandmothers down to the next generations of bakers in their family. Banana bread recipes are all similar with slight variations which make them unique. Our recipe below for banana bread hasn’t been passed down just yet! It was created with our new product in mind. Once Again Amoré was created just a few months ago, and ever since then we can’t stop coming up with new ways to enjoy it.

At first Once Again Amoré was used as a spread on fresh baked banana bread, which was amazing! We took it up a notch by now also adding it to the batter because we just couldn’t get enough of it. We still suggest you spread it on a slice of our Peanut Butter and Amoré Banana Bread and take your taste buds on a magical ride.

This recipe is uncomplicated and nearly fool-proof; even first-time bakers will be tempted to try it! You won’t believe it doesn’t include any refined sugar in the ingredient list. All the sweetness is derived from the bananas, apple sauce, peanut butter and Amoré. We love the look of layering the peanut butter batter and the Amoré flavored batter to create a beautiful marbled look.

Peanut Butter and Amoré Banana Bread

It's better together! That's why we combined the flavors of hazelnut and cocoa in our Amoré layer and layered with a peanut butter. Perfection all in one bite! Not overly sweet, ideal to spread a little extra peanut butter on each slice.
