Mango Smoothie Bowl

  • 226 g frozen mango about 1 1/2 cups
  • 80 g frozen banana one small, about 1 cup
  • 15 g Once Again Creamy Cashew Butter, unsweetened 1 tablespoon
  • 5 g honey 1 teaspoon
  • 30 g fresh citrus juice such lemon or lime


  • blueberries
  • mandarin
  • dragonfruit
  • starfruit
  • Kiwi
  • chia seeds
  • puffed quinoa
  • desiccated coconut
  • Once Again Creamy Cashew Butter, unsweetened


  1. In the bowl of a food processor or blender, add all ingredients except for juice. Let mixture sit for a couple minutes allowing fruit to thaw slightly for easier blending. Begin pulsing ingredients, adding juice as necessary to adjust consistency. Once smooth, pour smoothie into a bowl and top with desired ingredients.
