Almond Butter Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 squares 1oz. each unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Almond Butter
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup chopped toasted almonds

Instructions

  1. Lightly beat eggs.
  2. Stir in sugar, vanilla, almond extract, and salt.
  3. Blend in melted chocolate and Almond Butter.
  4. Stir in flour and almonds. Do not beat batter at any time.
  5. Spread into greased 8-inch pan.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 45 minutes.
  7. Let cool in pan. Cut into squares. Makes 16 squares.
