lemon hummus

Count to ten and your fresh homemade Lemon Hummus is ready! That is how long it will take to prepare yummy, lemony hummus with our Organic Tahini with Lemon. Our original pure Organic Tahini has been a fan favorite for some time. We did not change the already superb quality of our tahini; we just added a little lemon powder to create a new product. The ingredients include organically grown, dry roasted mechanically hulled sesame seeds and organic lemon powder.

Our goal was to deliver a product that will enhance your experience with tahini. Our loyal tahini fans are familiar with the versatility of tahini as an ingredient. This new version facilitates the preparation of several recipes such as salad dressing, dipping sauces, hummus, falafel among others which would generally require purchasing fresh lemon.

In addition, the Tahini with Lemon could be the first experience for some with tahini. Pure sesame paste can be a challenging for novices to easily incorporate into dishes. It has a strong, unique taste. Paired with lemon, the flavor balance is appetizing and less intimidating to work with.

A lemon hummus recipe seemed most appropriate to start exploring our Tahini with Lemon. To keep it in its purest and simplest form, we added just one ingredient: garbanzo beans. Consider this recipe a base to launch from with your own creative versions of hummus. There is a spicy version with added chili peppers, a sour and sweet version with added basil, and a garlic option too. Share which one have you prepared and how convenient it was being able to skip the last-minute grocery store trip for fresh lemons.
