Robert (Bob) Gelser is our President and General Manager.  He began with Once Again Nut Butter as a member of our Board of Directors beginning in August, 2002.  He has been working for Once Again Nut Butter as an employee for nearly 2 years.  Bob received his Bachelor of Science degree in engineering in 1996 from Rochester Institute of Technology.  He also has 20 years experience in production management and engineering.  His favorite product is Organic Almond Butter.

Lloyd Kirwan is the Director of Purchasing.  He's been with the company since 1991. His favorite product is Organic American Classic Peanut Butter.

Lisa Blatz is the Director of Sales and Marketing. She has worked for Once Again Nut butter for 7 years, yet has been in the organic food industry for 25 years.  Lisa spent 15+ years as the National Sales and Marketing Manager for Cafe Altura Coffee in Southern California.  Her favorite products are Organic American Classic Peanut Butter and Honey crème. 

Charles Harris is the Category Manager of the Western Region of the United States. Charles has over 20 years of experience in grocery, natural and specialty sales. He has been a brand manager, a broker and a sales executive, working with Tree of Life, Kehe, United Natural Foods and DSD Distributors. Charles loves to garden and is a student of Japanese culture. 

Robert Collins is the Category Manager of the Eastern Region of the United States. Robert's career in the Natural Foods industry spans sixteen years, having worked in retail, as a broker representative, and as a manufacturer's representative. His passion for the industry comes from being a consumer of natural products for 30 years and a love of good food. In his "spare" time he films music concerts and rides motorcycles through the North Carolina mountains.

Gael Orr is the Communications Manager.  Gael received her Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Management and her Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Rochester Institute of Technology.  She has worked in the field of sales and marketing for 13 years.  Her favorite products are honey crème and organic omega-3 peanut butter.

Jake Rawleigh is our Quality Assurance Manager.  Jake has worked for Once Again for 4 years. He started in production in the peanut butter room, and also helped in other areas of production as needed.  He spent 1.5 years working in shipping then moved to our Quality Assurance Department. Jake handles lab testing, our environmental monitoring program, sanitation, and other quality assurance issues.  He's worked in quality assurance for 2 years. Jake has his Bachelor Degree from Roberts Wesleyan College; is a Safe Quality Food (SQF) practitioner, American Institute of Baking (AIB) Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) Trained, and American Society for Quality (ASQ) Member.  His favorite products are American Classic Smooth and Crunchy, Clover Honey and Organic Sunflower Butter.                                        

                                                                                                                                                 
Linda Zangerle is our Accounts Receivable, Customer Service and Human Resource Administrator.  She has worked for Once Again Nut Butter for almost 10 years.  Linda received her Business Administration degree from Genesee Community College.  Her favorite Once Again product is Organic Almond Butter.








Ellen Halbert is our online customer service administrator. She has worked for Once Again Nut Butter for 10 and 1/2 years.  In addition, Ellen runs our honey production. Her favorite products are Dawes Hill Clover Honey and Sunflower Butter.

Esther Hinrich is our production manager.  She has been with the company since 1986. Her favorite product is Form Fill Organic Tamari Almonds.
