Jeremy Thaler is one of the co-founders of Once Again Nut Butter. Even in his retirement, he's a very active member of the Board of Directors.  He has been in the organic food industry for more than 30 years. Jeremy started the organization with a passion for worker-cooperatives and a belief in community support and development.  Jeremy has personally invested his time and energy into an economic development project for a women's sewing co-op in Nicaragua.  He is someone who has also been extremely dedicated to organic and sustainable farming practices worldwide. His favorite product is Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter without salt.

Erbin Crowell is on our board with a strong belief in worker cooperatives.  Erbin's experience in co-ops has been a tremendous asset to Once Again. He has worked for a  co-op in the natural and organic industry, Equal Exchange, located in the State of Massachusetts. 

Linda Zangerle is our Accounts Receivable, Customer Service and Human Resource Administrator.  She has worked for Once Again Nut Butter for almost 10 years.  Linda received her Business Administration degree from Genesee Community College.  Her favorite Once Again product is Organic Almond Butter.

Scott Owens is our production leader for the bulk room.  He has worked for Once Again Nut Butter for 3 years and produces almond, cashew, Tahini and sunflower butters in 9lb,  35 lb. and 450 lb. barrels.  Scott started in the tree nut room and moved to the peanut butter room. He has trained new employees and has a vision to help the company grow as he commits to a 2-year position on the Board of Directors.  His favorite product is sunflower butter.    

Craig Barkley has worked for Once Again Nut Butter for 3 years.  He volunteered to be part of our Board of Directors.  Craig currently works as a line production worker roasting and packaging boxed nuts, as well as, manufacturing all different types of nut butters.  In the past he has helped in other areas of production including loading and unloading trucks and has trained many new employees.  His favorite product is Oil Roasted Salted Cashews.
